Conflict of Interest reporting:

All full-time employees are required to submit a conflict of interest form anytime they have a potential conflict arise, including if a 3rd party will be paying part or all of their expenses to travel to a conference, etc. as well as annually in July of each year.

Prior Approval of Outside Employment:

All faculty and non-classified staff are required to submit a Prior Approval of Outside Employment form if they wish to undertake outside employment at any time of the year.

Individual Annual Report of Outside Employment – July:

All faculty and non-classified staff are required to complete an Individual Annual Report of Outside Employment in July every year whether they had outside employment or not.
